Hi there. Creating this topic because just today I figured out why I couldn't view my status in ECAS. I've seen others mention they couldn't either so maybe this might help.
The problem was Google Chrome. Although the most widely used web browser in the world, it is still not fully compatible with many web applications.
Anyway, as soon as I used Internet Explorer I was able to view my status in ECAS. So try switching browsers if you are experiencing trouble.
If you are interested, here is how I figured it out:
The date field was forcing the date to be entered in reverse order. It couldn't be changed and of course ECAS wouldn't be able to find the file because it seen the date as incorrect.
