at the end of march they requested the rprf fee and a new schedule A and I have had no correspondence with them since. Based on my VO the last two people who got ARC requests receives them via snail mail not email.LeisaP said:

we have until oct 13th to submit but they only asked for the fee no letter. If your order is almost over then they won't ask for the arc. There was a girl on Kingston thread that her exclusion ended in may they asked for arc fee in march and because the order was up before he got passport back, they returned her $400.Behopeful said:

hey there thanks so much! Yes it is great to hear that something is finally happening and i know this is the last part they need before passport request so it makes me happy!!!! The ARC request is a payment of $400 to the government of Canada asking them to return to Canada, since my hubby was already in Canada and denied refugee, he got sent back to JA with a permanent ban from entering canada so he has to request permission to return and the fee.cafelatte02 said:It's about time Chickie!

I read often about the ARC letter, what does it means exactly? Is it the letter that indicate that the decision is made, telling you what papers they need, length of time given to submit documentation and in order to receive the landing date of your spouse as well as other procedures?
I'm new to all this and Kingston don't even answer my email to confirm that my husband's file have been received. I would just appreciate to make sure that the application didn't get lost on it's way to JA. As you know, the ecas don't say anything much...
Thanks in advance for your advices and explanations. We don't have any control on the length of the hole processing time, but it is so much better when we know what will be the next step. That way we can prepare ourself, it's not like we don't have the time to do so

i am just going to pay the fee. I am not sure why they didn't ask for the letter but we had originally sent a letter kind of pleading our case when we sent in the application so I am not sure if that is what they are using or maybe because my husband had no criminal record in Canada that is why they didn't ask for it.jboo said:
