Absolutely zero Idea what to do and what not to do. This delay is so unprecedented, all plans are going for a toss.

it's better to get in touch with the university and let them know of your status. And keep the option of deferral handy.

I filed online application on 25 april and confirmed my file is in delhi. I mailed an enquiry for my file and they replied me that it takes 15 days. Do u any one got reply after 15 days?

All online files of April and May applicants are in Canada. Online files are processed from there.
No benefit of calling Embassy , they will say " We don't have any information of Online Visa applications"

You need to call the Canadian only IRCC number from a Canadian number. You need someone in Canada or buy a virtual canadian number, google!
