I get to know from reliable sources that there is some issues with Online Visa applications filed in April and May. However it was not disclosed if it is due to staff or technical. Even Visa processing may take much longer than our expectations.
There is no Grievances Readressal System.
Whatever is the issue , we are the sufferers.

Online Delhi. But someone told me that online files are in Canada and will be processed from there.
