Not declaring the refusal in the statutory question could be a red flag for the officer viewing your application. Also the reason for visit does not seem strong for a supervisa application. In the tracker, were you able to track if eligibility passed or failed?

And yes, not answering the questions correctly is the major violation. My consultant accepted her mistake and she's going to submit the new application.
But the time it took was more than 5 months and now again have to start from the beginning which is frustrating.

I tried to contact IRCC they say we cant give you any information on your file because it is processing in New Delhi. Is there any way of contacting IRCC new delhi?

and yes, the eligibility was completed in tracker on August 11, at that time I was not able to log in to IRCC portal and was giving some nonsense error like "the user information can not be found".

I created a webform also called IRCC but no help. I was frustrated the whole day. The next day it was working fine though no updated in IRCC portal. Do you guys think because of the glitch on the same day the eligibility was completed it might have impacted any messages for the decision from IRCC?

You should have reviewed the submitted application as they send a copy of submitted response.Please do going forward dont trust consultants as they dont care much.

Hey, have you got your final decision yet?

Not yet. I have been wondering how to contact IRCC Delhi since August 11 as the eligibility was completed on tracker on that day. Same day there was an error logging in to my account. I am afraid what if they sent the message on the portal for the final decision and i might have not received it because of the Dumb IRCC glitch.
