I was under the impression that PFL basically means the final stage and fast approval or refuse after the docs are submitted. Crazy
Does whatever happens in the outland VOs not reflect in the tracker?
Initially I got the sponsors approval letter from Sydney as well as all the requests for the PA, but after July there's no update.
The requests last week came from Vienna VO (PA is in Europe), but still no updates in the tracker

Just got our MIL today Sept 08, 2025. that is so long. wonder what next after our medical is done.Also, the funny thing is - no updates on the tracker whatsoever. Good news!
It's interesting that you received this request just now - I thought most people get it right after sponsor's approval.
But back in the days it was a sign of an upcoming decision: basically "everything else has been finalized, just need the exam".
Hope it works the same way for you!!
Upd. Tracker just showed the updates. Last update is shown as today (Sept 8), and in the history I can now see
- eligibility changed to in progress
- message about additional documents sent
- our response recieved
All dated as September 3 (which is true)
Now both eligibility and BG verification are set to In Progress
