From the same email id or different?
Also what did u include in the email subject?
From the same email id. I included the initials of the agent. She asked me to add it to subject line "XXX - oath forms for.....". I sent the initial mail on 15th and got a automated response. When I resent it yesterday, no response to the email.

You can send resend the oath form from another e-mail id. That seems to be working these days.

Will try that if I don't get anything by tonight. I thought the delay might be due to the weekend.
My friend who had oath on 12th Sep was not able to download the ecertificate till yesterday. So in the morning resent the oath form with another email id and then certificate was available after 4 hrs.

mine is the opposite, as the main applicant I got the LPP and awaiting for the secondary for last 2 months +
Hey, I called IRCC for this.

Apparently there is no concept of Primary or Secondary applicant in Citizenship application, even though you applied together as a group, each application is treated as an individual adult application so they can progress at different speed.
So, the agent said, it is progressing on time (As per current processing time of 18 months) and not to worry about it, lol.

I can confirm this. Application submitted as a group. Wife and kids have their ceremony next week, while I am still in BG check lol

How to call IRCC as my Citizenship certificate is still not available to download on IRCC Portal. It has been 5 days already. I had the ceremony on 12th of Sept.

Me and my wife applied individually, but attended the ceremony together as we both were invited in the same one. Agent said we can send the forms together from 1 email, so i sent both the forms from my email after the ceremony on 15th (Friday) and the certificates were still not available on Tuesday, so sent email again from my wife's email with both the oath forms, and still no update. Today filled out the IRCC webforms individually. Hopefully they will process it now.
