No alternative except waiting. My oath was done on Sept 15 and got e-certificate on Oct 4th (Mississauga office). Emailed them with different emails, but nothing worked.

Finally was able to download my e-certificate today.

Nope, nothing :( Now will have to wait for the long weekend.

Don't waste time on the call, they are unable to do anything except asking to email.

Called IRCC, they said the oath form is not submitted by Mississauga office. But they can see the uploaded oath form from Webform i submitted. Asked to resend the oath forms to the same email and give it 1 more week.

Sending the email everyday. still no response from MIS office.

Did they asked to resend it to Mississauga office? Or to another email??

Nope tried calling the number on the help page and it disconnects saying high volume of calls please try after sometime. Emailed multiple times to Mississauga office no reply.

Mine was on 15th and agent was RRM. Still waiting for e certificate.

I am still waiting for it. Nothing yet. In your case looks like it was sent to your email they verified during the ceremony. Login to the IRCC portal with that email and you should be able to download it. Follow the instructions they sent to download the e certificate with. The invite code.
