Hello I received my AOR yesterday morning. Now Im trying to create my account on the tracker but get the below error -

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

What does this mean. Do I wait another 24 hrs?

there are 2 buttons to select: either you are an applicant or representative. Make sure you choose the correct one to your case

Tried, still doesnt work for me. Stuck on Step 2 of 3 of Create your Account. Keep clicking "Send Code" with no luck.

Are you checking the email you gave in the application?

Nothing in spam. Has been ongoing since I got the tracker email. Apparently similar issue with my sister when they had applied for PR as well. They are here now, but couldn't sign into tracker.

If you do get generic response you should raise it again. Persistence is key in resolving technical issues with IRCC.
