April 2023 AOR

Hi guys
I just want to know i applied as pnp outland i received my nomination from sinp on 22 feb and my aor for express entry is 13 th april and still my eligibility is not started and background check is in progresa ? Is it ok if nomination expires i hope it will not effect my ee processing ..?

If you have received PNP nomination through express entry and you have received ITA and submitted the application before the expiry of the PNP nomination date then no need to worry.
Is your medical & UCI already got updated?

My tracker shows medical and biometrics as complete, background verification in progress and eligibility not started. My status is like this for the past 3 months. IS THIS NORMAL? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
(p.s. I have my 1 year old and my husband as dependents, I don't know if this has caused some delay in application processing?)

Yess medical and uci and biometrics got updated on 18 th of may after that no update eligibility not started and bc in progress

A lot of us in PNP have waited even longer without updates after May 15th. But at least in your case the 5 months finishes in on September 13th you can call and ask demand for a closure. I'm not sure if dependents cause longer processing times.

I wonder the same about mine, I also have a 1yr old and husband as dependents. My AOR is May 3 and I also feel like there's some delay in my processing. I'm seeing so many people who applied after me get through and my file is moving very slow. No real movement in two months.
 
My study permit will expire on November 30, 2023. Do you think should I apply for an extension now or wait until the end of this month to see what will happen to my PR application? I hope to receive approval soon.

When does your PNP BOWP timeline expire, shouldn't you plan your application before that happens, In today's scenario PNP seems to be last priority for IRCC they are processing them the PNPs the slowest, If I were you I wouldn't wait beyond that BOWP window.

I have not received any update from CIO Sydney post 5th may. AOR-1st April. God knows why this slow

I thought that they were processing FSW application faster compared to the rest. Based on immi-tracker only 50% of FSW-O April AOR's got their PPR requests so far ( assuming all those registered have update information promptly )

CIO Sydney is extremely slow with everyone except for cec i guess. But their decisions are also delayed.
