I guess so, some countries request the PCC after PR submission. The procedure and of course the times can be different from each of those; in my case, the embassy should send it directly to IRCC, and I'm just trying to find somebody with a similar situation I don't even know if the Embassy sent mine or not yet.

Got our passports back. We suited up and took our photos to look good on the visas of our new lives but IRCC did not bother putting the photos on the visas

I still have 12 months on my closed work permit, but I am thinking of applying for BOWP to be on the safer side, so that I can take another job if the market turmoil leads to unexpected . Any suggestions whether I should go for it or not, plus how much time are they taking to approve BOWP applications in this group's experience. Thanks !

I have a happy update.
GC Key has a Final decision date of Aug 11. Tracker updated with all completed and can see a Copr number too.
Now waiting for next steps. Hoping everyone gets their copr soon.
