Any idea how much time it takes in "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.". ?

Eligibility review started since 2 weeks but no further updates.
I need my parents in canada ASAP due to some medical urgency.
I have not any idea how much time it takes in Eligibility review.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

When did you apply? You can try reaching out to your local MP for help

I apply on 28th April,2022.
Eligibility review started two weeks before.

I also tried to reach local MP for help.
Nothing much but they just give some internal status update which they received from the IRCC.
