Just guessing… am confused why my profile went to in process and pre arrival at the same time.. does it mean that my file is opened just now ?
I have noticed in tracking sheet, people are getting ‘Decision Made’ within few days of receiving Pre-Arrival or In Process status. I guess you would get it soon

I received Passport request via email. There is no attachment in email or GCkey.
