I got an email from IOM today saying they sent/submitted my husband's medical yesterday through e-medical. However, Ecas and gckey are not updated with anything. How long will it to see on Ecas and GCKEY? Medical done in Karachi

It won't update instantly. Report has to be reviewed by RMO and once the officer approved you can see in ECAS "Medicals Passed". It can anywhere between weeks and months.

‘ profile/application updated’ message when I logged in now. But when I opened the profile there were no updates or changes .Any idea what is it?
No updates in ECAS. App still in ‘Application Received’

It is a ghost update indicating someone is working on your file. what stage are you at presently ?

My file sent to NDVO during July 1st week.med and bio done. After that no updates.. my profile shows like below

ECAS is in ‘application received’ status still. Looks like NDVO not updating ECAS profile.

Yes, I checked March 2021 thread, someone received PPR already . NDVO only

Medical passed: May 22
Biometrics given : July 14th
File moved to NDVO : During July 1st week
No update after that till Pre arrival today morning
