Are you an applicant in Quebec? In the case of Quebec, the normal processing time is 18 months.

In oct i have received email that my common law partner is eligible to sponser me and the next day I received an email they sent my file for further assessment in calgary office which is my hometown,after that no email

If you apply with OWP, it makes you implied status. But if you are applying only PR, you will be out of status. I personally recommend you to apply visitor visa although you apply for OWP as well because I saw many people got their document back. If your PR and OWP documents are returned after August 2nd, you will be out of status at that time.

Hi, do you know if is possible for the PA to work if we submitted OWP+PR sponsorship, then apply for visitor's record?

I received today gcms notes, and it says pending secondary review on 6 of April 2020 last note,
