I submitted a police certificate. In Gcms Note, all crimes are NRT.

But they conducted the investigation for 6 months,

They sent an inquiry to the United States and the response was NRT

I don't know what they are thinking.

They did not make new requests, other documents, or interviews.

Webfrom's reply is always: All necessary documents have been collected, because of COVID19, only need to wait patiently, now the applicants in August have been completed, and we need more patience. . .

Mine was transferred in November to my home office for further assessment also, I haven't heard anything since then.

They dont ask me for anything
I got email that my partner is eligible to sponser me and than next day i got email file transfer to local office

You have to wait and see if they ask for another. In our case Medical is expire since sept 2019. Since that date, we receive sa, aip and pre arrival and they never asked for another . I'm waiting for my notes to see if they extend it and I think they did becaus everybody I see here who have been asked to redo medical was at the same time of AIP or pre arrival...
I also called in a medical clinic to ask them if we can do it upfront ( we were so affraid that they ask again ... ) and they told us that its really not a good idea and that we should wait for them to ask !

No they did not, my sponsor got his eligible letter and they did not inform me that they transferred my file, I called customer service and they told me.

This random, irregular delay is too unfair to those waiting, and everything is not transparent! Feeling terrible. Everything is like a black box operation.
