Thats what happened to me, i applied jan they returned it in march, i got the police certificate, then applied again in aprik..

Yes, and I wrote them that note, they returned also for a marrigae certificate, that I also did send in.
Anyways hoping that it will be fine this time.
I also submitted Canadian police certificate upfront, although the checklist states that IRCC will request later. Just wanted to be on a safer side. If you did not submit only Canadian police certificate, it should be fine. But do check your country specific requirement - whether a police certificate is required from your respective countries.
In my case, PCC was required but I did not submit in the initial application, thinking they will request later. That's how the process used to be few years ago...….. (fyi - submitted in Jan, returned in Mar, resubmitted in Apr). Hope this time it will be approved.

We should check with March applicants
we sent the application on April 10th and at that time the last version was from March, maybe they updated it sometime by the end of April. we will call immigration and check with them just to be safe.
Can you also check if Canadian police certificate is required, please?

Hi everybody. I am on the same boat. I didn’t send Canadian PCC neither Mexican PCC upfront because firstly, according to February checklist, PA has been in Canada more than 6 months. Secondly, in the country requirement specification, it says that they will ask for PCC after applying because it requires to follow an specific process and to get a letter to ask for the PCC.
