people started getting invites for virtual oaths. some of the cases i have seen included people who got their original oath scheduled in march before it got cancelled as a result of covid. in my particular case, i finish my test in early march and the office told me i should wait for the invite. My status was in progress and it got changed only today to decision made. looks like IRCC is back to work, finally. Best of luck to everyone.

I'm in the same situation as you. I passed the test in November 2019, but other than a status update to Decision Made last year, I have not heard anything.

the IRCC website now says: "We’re now inviting some applicants to do a video oath ceremony (citizenship ceremony). Please wait for us to contact you."

i finished my test in Feb, they told i am good i should wait for oath, and only last week my status changed to decision made. if i don't hear within a month time (now that they started virtual oath), i will likely email the MP and ask for help.

Please update on the progress. I did my test in Hamilton as well, in November last year. It's been saying decision made for half a year now, and I've yet to hear anything else.

I am a Hamilton applicant as well. I Did my test on November 21, 2019 and got "Decision Made" a few days later and have been waiting ever since. This is real sad. The halt on the ceremonies was exactly two weeks shy of one year since they received my application. I hope we hear from them soon!
