Been in process Aug 9 at the Scarborough office. Called in yesterday, the agent told me my security and background checks are all completed, just need to wait for the test invite to come.

Depends on how many people there are.

At mine there was at least 100 people. I finished the test way early and it took over an hour waiting around. A lot of time just spent sitting around waiting. I was told the number is called randomly (after you finished the test) but I got out early-ish so not sure.

Budget 1-3 hrs. If you go alone make sure parking is paid long or by phone so you can top up without leaving the test center. You don't want to miss the call. The system is pretty archaic. Number is called by voice (not even PA, literally yelling out numbers) and they have to go around chasing after people. Slow and inefficient.

Took us two hours in Montréal in total, however you should prepare for up to three hours

Passed the test today at Scarborough (18/20) .
Read the book. The easy ones are really easy but there are few tricky questions too. I wasn't sure for 2 questions, and got both of them wrong. Reading the book throughly is the surest way to pass the test. Online test are more of practice aids.
