I put your oath date as tomorrow on the sheet just looking for the dates of decision made and oath letter.

Thanks for updating the sheet. They gave me a printed invitation to take oath tomorrow. The online status probably will take a little bit longer time to update.

I found a link somewhere in this forum that few of CIC offices (Scarborough being one of them are running a special pilot for oath invitation is offered next day of the test invite to expedite the processing.

There are a lot of exact same questions on the test. Of course read over the book at least once.

As for names, make sure to remember the key people: like governor general, prime minister, party leaders, etc. Outside of that I wouldn't bother with historical figures' names. I couldn't remember them. Also province's name and territories. Basic stuffs.

Pilot !!! That would make sense, but then what is the criteria for selecting people for the pilot the next day, now that would be something that can be taken up, first they cant run a pilot in secret, its a govt organization where they have to be transparent about it, while others have to sit and wait for weeks/months after decision made in ecas ?!?! Doesnt seem fair for sure !

I got my Decision made in Calgary on October 24. haven't received oath yet. put my application under urgent processing as I have to travel on Feb 4 for my younger brother's wedding. received a reply on urgent processing that my request was transferred to my officer 2 weeks ago. but haven't received any response yet. called CIC yesterday there were not able to help either. any suggestions on it as I had to take my oath in the first week of January no matter what.Please Help!

While the officer was conducting our interview, she told us our test scores and asked if we were available to come for the oath ceremony the next day.. my husband and I quickly discussed among ourselves if it was possible to accommodate our Friday work schedules and we said yes. The officer immediately gave us the “notice to appear for oath “ forms and reminded us of things to bring the next day.

You are lucky, my interview done Nov 12, ecas DM, but still waiting for email or letter for oath upto today Dec,12,2019 thanks
