Please can someone advise. I have passed medical test and background check still in process. My husband is the principal applicant and he just passed away. If am being requested to send our passport with 4 kids. I hope the visa would not be rejected as he is the principal applicant. Your thoughts on what to do please.

I submitted my passport to VFS Ahmedabad on 9th Aug, received by New Delhi on 11th Aug. But it still shows processing, does anyone know how much time does the New Delhi office takes to get passports back with COPR?

The usual processing time is 7 - 10 working days. Might take little longer in some cases, for reasons unknown. Hope you get it by month end. ATB!
