Hi all, is there anyone applied from UAE as my application is stuck at IP1 from mid-April and as per Immitracker nearly all April AOR UAE-Residence application are at IP1.

Does country of residence places a role in fastening the process ?
Same issue here I’m based in HK my aor is mid April

Thanks Buddy. Btw if possible can you please tell me which of the below mentioned task is done by local VO -

Eligibilty
Criminality
BGC

LVO us only involved with eligibility and security. However, in some cases even eligibility and security may be done at CPC, and only the finalization and PPR is done by LVO. Depends on workload distribution. But the general trend is final eligibility and security at LVO.

Hello guys, my timeline is as follows:

FSWO Family of 3
AOR 24th April
MEP/IP1 2nd May
IP2 29th June

I find it weird to move to IP2 while I still didn't get the request to pay rprf as I didn't pay upfront, is this usual @legalfalcon ?? Please let me know if you are in the same situation. Thanks

RPRF is only request ed when your eligibility starts and is recommended passed. your MyCIC status has nothing to do with it.

Request your GCMS notes and see.

Guys, I got PPR on June 29th, 2018. Good luck to everyone.

CEC Inland
AOR:15th April, 2018
Medicals: May 02, 2018
PPR: June 29th, 2018

Congratulations :)

Me too 26 April but till date only one update Medical Passed. I hope everything is fine with my case. finger crossed

Same here, IP1 since May 4th.

Hi legalfalcon, thanks for your feedback. As I can see you have far better insight about the express entry program, is it normal for UAE residence application to take so much time to even pass the IP1 stage.

I have over and over stated that tracking your application with MyCIC status is the most horrible thing you can do and get stressed. All applications fo through the following:

R10
Criminality
Medicals
Eligibility
Security

The eligibility is the most crucial stage and the preliminary eligibility takes pace at CPC or CIO for most applicants. Then the finalization is done at LVO. This is where the delay happens, and it will depend on the LVO. Some LVOs are very slow.

However, if you want to know the stage your application is at, you should consider requesting GCMS, alternatively you can wait it out.

Hi legalfalcon, I am so sorry for that query of mine but as I am not that active on this forum so I missed your previous comments. Thanks a lot for your feedback as it is quite informative. Hope I get the golden mail asap.

Hi Guys, Good morning.

We have created our EE profile yesterday. Our CRS score is updated as 455. What are our chances now? When can we expect ITA?
