So, our ECAs was just updated with the line that the processing began on 13th Oct. Could someone please assist to update the sheet for us thanks.

This is not a Permanent residence decision made, this is them approving you as a sponsor.
To check the status of your spouse's permanent residence application, you'll have to use their UCI, not yours.

If this is your timeline, then the DM you just posted about is merely Sponsor Approval. Not decision made regarding your Principal Applicant's permanent residence application. Look at the PA's side on Ecas

Permanent residence

We received PA for permanent residence on April 18, 2017.
We started processing PA application on August 14, 2017.
Medical results have been received September 28/2017.
Received PPR letter October 11/2017.

Question: How long will it take for the visa to be issued and passport returned?

quick update

PR visa appears to have been issued on Oct 11/2017.
Passport submitted October 13/2017
Returned October 19/2017
Family will be arriving next month.
It is a blessing, hopefully the rest of April's applicants wll get the PPR soon.
