I don't think it's related to notes, atleast it wasn't in my case. I would suggest you try calling them and asking them if they require anything from you.

Yup, I will do. Today is labor day! So they are closed. I actually searched for it and I read the same. It is like the officer has raised a request internally and it shows up in our GC Key. How far it is true, only God knows!

I doubt they will require anything more from you but u just never know. For your own peace of mind, better to call and get it cleared.

It's been changing for people on the day the notes are generated for an unknown reason. I received my notes recently and it says they were generated on August 22nd, the status updated to the following the same day.

"We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details."

I mean we have not received any email or letter. Any idea, what it will be?

I got the same update as I have order GCMS notes as well around Aug 15ish
so may be it changed cuz of GCMS notes!!

I doubt it as ours still says 'We do not need additional documents.' and I ordered the notes three weeks ago. It's either a glitch, an error because of their maintenance or they do actually require some. You could try calling them just to put your mind at ease.

Our notes were generated on Aug 09 and that is when we noticed the additional doc message on GCKey. Some other members noticed that as well. How true it is, we do not know, it's just speculation at this point.

nope nothing in spam folder, nothing on myCIC either. I launched a case specific inquiry and my husband emailed London VO 24 and 19 days ago respectively. Haven't had a response yet, so my guess is its a system glitch that happens when you order maybe your first set of notes? I ordered notes again should get them by Sep 22. Let's see what happens then.

I had received an additional doc request, I submitted the requested docs through MyCiC (upload), emailed it to the VO and couriered it to that VO as well. After uploading my response to their additional doc request, the status had changed to "the additional docs you provided have been uploaded".

However, the very next day my GCMS notes were generated (which i had applied for earlier). On this same day the status for additional docs changed back to "We need more docs to continue processing ..." even though I had submitted the docs they asked for.

So, apparently theres a link between generation of notes and the additional docs status glitch.

Has anyone been requested 'Documentary evidence of ongoing communication between you and your sponsor as well as any subsequent travel' from the VO. If so did you send your original communication or translated ones by a Sworn translator?

Hi Oulrish in checklist its been requested what I did is I dis not do any translations...most of my screenshot in Viber..Fb messanger has english word of love... and I screenshot our voicecall and video call how long we talk everyday... I screenshots some comments and tags from me my husband and relatives conversation... hopefully this one will help...if you think there is no english conversation between you and your wife even a word of love maybe thats the time you need to translate it. Goodluck to all of us... i submitted mine like 100 pages i think
