On the consent form, sec A is my PA (my husband is in india) . Me as a sponsor (in Canada) would will Sec B or Sec C or both?

We don't have the Sponsorship Approval and medical yet but when I called CIC, they said that they'll send the letter of approval because I am approved as sponsor already. No medical request yet. How about you?

When did you order your notes? I'm still waiting on mine.

I'd suggest reading the first page of GCMS notes thread which outlines everything. Not started can mean that security is underway and for criminal your PCC may have already been verified just waiting on eligibility to mark the same date. Due date means nothing as they can adjust this all the time.

Hi Oulrish Im planning to apply gor GCMS notes too.. i was wondering can you please help me regarding application because When I go to request forms there is question your name address etc.... is that for my husband or on mine? Which Im applying is for my husband...and where can I attached his consent forms in there? Thank you so much!

I asked for my notes on July 18 and they told me to wait 31 calendar days but I haven't gotten them yet. I guess they are taking longer than what they say.

For those who have requested them lately did you get them around the date they said they would or like 1-2 weeks later? Thanks

Hi I am no expert but I do spend (or waste whichever you wanna look at it ) a lot of time on this forum reading up on what is happening. So here is what my research suggests:
- If you have already been sent off to your VO then worry not you are definitely approved as a sponsor. You can confirm this by logging onto your ECAS (online tool) with the Sponsor's details (UCI or Application# and DOB etc). This will show you 3 columns PA name, Sponsors status and PA's status. Here it should say Decision Made under Sponsorship Application Status.
- Not all sponsors get the sponsor Approval email. some members claim to have never gotten this email. so it's possible that they just never sent it.
- Not all VO's send out email also. London doesn't which is my VO. So again on ECAS under Permanent Residence Application Status where it should say In Process for you guys when you click here, there should be line there that is something along the lines of "we started processing your application on June XX, 20XX. (just an example). This definitely means they have received your file and is in queue to be reviewed by an officer.

If you are still not content with what you see, order your GCMS notes (refer to my previous post on how to apply for notes). All the best

Hi Ness,

Yes the address would be your address as the sponsor and you're requesting information on your husband's behalf. Once you keep moving forward through the application a page requesting the consent form will appear. You can then upload it there.

Only few ppl (3-4) from April have got PPR if I'm not wrong? And their VO is London or manila...rite?

did you link your account to GCKEY? if yea, then you will see an Upload document button by clicking "view submitted documents".
