I just checked my wife's GCkey and under review of additional documents, it says "we need more documents to continue processing your file. We will send you a message with more details." We had submitted pretty much all the documents that they require, so is it possible that this may be a glitch?

Hi everyone i have concern regarding my husband application if anyone knows about this please feel free to give me advice. Im already approved on my sponsorship on my spouse and we are just waiting for the approval of my husband PR. Would it be a problem if I Change my job or work which I stated on my application? Or do I need to update the IRCC regarding this matter? Yhank you so much for the answer.
Nope.

Hi, we have the same case. Did your ECAS status says they sent you a correspondence when it changed? I called CIC and they confirmed that they only sent one request and they did received the documents. I think as long as there you did not receive any request letter in your GCkey or email from CPC and no other status in your ECAS that they sent you another correspondence then you are fine.

It may not be a bad idea to contact them just in case. GCKey is super glitchy (for me at least), but at the same time, I just read in another thread that someone's application was on hold for 4 months because CIC didn't receive their Schedule A. I also had an issue where CIC wanted something from me, but I never received a message actually requesting it.

All that to say that, yeah, GCKey could be just acting up. But it also could mean that they requested something and the request didn't make it to you. I see you're already at the NDVO and I'm not familiar with how easy they are to contact, but if it's possible, it may not be a bad idea. You could also wait a few days and see if any requests come through your GCKey messages/email/junk folder.

No I have no correspondence in ECAS and no email or message from them yet so I'm hoping it's a glutch. Because I have already submitted the schedule A and PCC and medical has also been done, and I have received confirmation for all 3

Yeah I could try calling them but the issue with that is it's so hard to get through to an agent. I can't think of what other documents they would require. I've already submitted the schedule A and OFC for which I got confirmation receipt and my wife's already done her medical, so it's interesting to think what else they would need, which makes me think it's a glitch.

Yeah, you may be right. It could be some VO/location specific document though. But obviously up to you!

Request of April 4
You can tell what are the changes, which is supposed to have in the states of mycic in the course of the application in bgc because I when I saw those states, my application was in the VO. My Background check: your application is in progress . We will send you a message when we star your background

Hey we have been seeing the same message on my husbands MyCIC account since Aug 09 but haven't gotten an email with the doc list yet. I am hoping its a glitch because we did submit everything they asked for. I launched a case specific inquiry regarding this on Friday with our VO. You could do the same.

Thank you! Good luck!

Still having trouble link my application online since AOR on July 28, but we have received the CIC email which request the schedule A and police clearance.

We decided to submit them through web form last week.

Anyone experienced with web form? Should we get response within 10 days? (auto-reply received next day)

If web form working, should we keep trying to link application online? We submitted a technical difficulty report on this issue, so far no reply.
