It may not be a bad idea to contact them just in case. GCKey is super glitchy (for me at least), but at the same time, I just read in another thread that someone's application was on hold for 4 months because CIC didn't receive their Schedule A. I also had an issue where CIC wanted something from me, but I never received a message actually requesting it.
All that to say that, yeah, GCKey could be just acting up. But it also could mean that they requested something and the request didn't make it to you. I see you're already at the NDVO and I'm not familiar with how easy they are to contact, but if it's possible, it may not be a bad idea. You could also wait a few days and see if any requests come through your GCKey messages/email/junk folder.
