Maybe the results were sent to the vo instead ? I would not be surprised if the system glitched on cic side as well.

Just a question guys coz im a bit confused with the emails I've got from cic.
First I've got an email on may 19 saying that i should link my application online which i was able to do so on may 20.
But on the same day, may 20 I've got an email again from cic addressed to my husband, the Sponsor stating that they received his application for PR. This is the thing that confuses me coz i am the PA and that email should be addressed to me.
Sponsor hasn't received any email yet regarding his application to sponsor. Anyone here who experienced the same thing? Any suggestions to do?

Keep checking ECAS as well your sponsor will get decision made (aka approving him as sponsor) email with pdf in it. It's ok if both of you got the email to link the application, only 1 account can link it anyways. There are no suggestions other then wait for next round of updates.
Having a hard time to link could it be cause his middle name is on the application?
I'll use a different name but say he's middle name is part of the application could this mess up the linking possibilities?

I successfully linked my account on first try using uci and app no. I hit space on the city of birth then married and then 2 in no of applicants

We also submitted PCC and medical upfront .did you received your Spousal Approval?
I do not understand why you would submit upfront, i had thought after dec 2016 process has changed and they do not require to do medical upfront. But you probably meant sponsor approval do not think there is a spousal approval there.
