Hello friends, form-> imm 5532E -> question 7 Do your close friends, family and children know about your relation?
I have mentioned 5 persons (3 from my side, 2 from my wife side). But what should I put in the "Date they met sponsor or PA?" my family members know us from birth and friends know us from long ago and forgot the exact date. To answer this I mentioned like this (Since birth, Since childhood, Since September 1999). Do you think I got it right or it should be something else? Or please help me how to answer question 7

I guess mention a date which is close to when you guys got married, i don't think its a big issue coz all they want to check that you provide all required documents.

Apologies if this is a general knowledge, but does a sponsor require a PCC or does it need to be submitted for the primary applicant only?

Hello everyone

I submitted my application to sponsor my husband end of April on the 25th.. They received it April 28th 2017.

I got it returned back to me today May 25th..(the letter included in it was dated May 23). They sent it back because I put my mailing address instead of my husband's on form IM0008.. And I didn't include the authorization to release form 5476. They were kind to highlight the area but I really hope that's the only error! I will be sending it back tomorrow and I'm so nervous about it. I really hope that everything else is correct.

Pls if anyone else has had the same issue that I have please offer some words of advice.

I have been reading about people here getting text messages.. How do I get that as well?

Try to call them tonight as I call from outside Canada, long distance call is expensive. ha! ha!

yes, call from outside. Both of us are outside Canada.
