Hi Oulrish what is SA look like? Because I received email too stating Application number and name of my Husband is that the Spousal approval?

I think that was AOR.

really, i been calling (sponsor) on behalf of my PA and no one informed me that, i wonder if all agents when they get hired go through different training .
Im just worried coz some people said that if they have the no.2 means the cic send something. But its been 2 days since i have that in my ecas and no email

well my application was returned because my lovely husband PA went and renewed his passport after application was submitted even tho it doesnt expire until May2018 so they sent application back May 12 and requested copy of new passport.

Yes I called today and they told me it was returned and why.. Came home and saw the package. it also say they require 2 recent photos which I did include buy they were in an envelop...

how did everyone else attach recent photos.. is it passport size or the smaller 1?

Did you receive the correspondence to upload SchA from CiC? we have same timelines but i only receive SA letter in that ScH A was requested but didn't receive any email yet to upload

No I didn't receive a request to upload schedule A; but I called the call centre and they stated a request was sent so I told them to resend it because my representative can't see it on MYCIC. I called on Tuesday and I made the lawyer open my file/folder on MYCIC in front of me, there's still no request on MYCIC, so I asked my lawyer to asked him to follow up with CIC.

Hi ness12, I'm not too sure how to attach photos and screenshots, sorry.

But it's and email with an attached PDF letter. It has all the information relating to the sponsor's UCI, the application number. It's a 2 page long letter. One of the specific sentence in it states:

"We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor"

Then it goes on explaining that the PA will receive an email in the next 5 business days requesting for the Schedule A and other documents.

I put the photos in the document bags. there are specific requirements for photos, photos must be

• 50 mm wide X 70 mm high (2 inches wide x 2- 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm (1- 1/4 inches) and 36 mm (1- 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head).

I called the CIC call centre again today to inquire about the request email that was supposedly sent out May 14th as per ECAS status. I had also previously sent a technical issue report through Webform but unfortunately my spouse never received the email.

So today's agent advised me to send the documents through the Webform instead of waiting to hear from the IT team and causing more delays on my application. I just uploaded the Schedule A form and the PCC through Webform and hopefully everything goes through successfully.

Did you get any confirmation after sending documents through the webform, that your documents were attached to your application?

No I didn't get any confirmation I just called after a week and they said they have it attached

I did rcv a mycic request it was not a mail.
