Hi guys, I have a question.. once the application is sent back then we have to include whatever they want and also it is best to send updated application form correct? the relationship evaluation form updated in April after we sent our application. Now that our application is back we know that we should send the updated one now, only problem is my spouse and I are not living together so he will sign it and fed ex it to me.. so the dates signed on the paper especially the part where both of us have to sign will be different. Would that be a problem?

just have your spouse sign but do not date them

i didnt write in the date for my forms until the day before I mailed the application

Hey guys,

Is this the AOR? My wife (primary applicant) got this email from CIC. However, I (sponsor) have not yet received anything.

Yes it is. That's the PA AOR email. Soon , as a sponsor, you should be receiving an email as well.

Hi, you can try requesting for access from the owner. Click on the view only tab and you'll see the option. Let me know if you succeed, and in the meantime if you want I could help adding your information in the spreadsheet.

This is exactly what my partner and I did when our application was returned. Our signatures/dates were two days apart after he fedex'd docs to me and it was accepted the second time no problem. I definitely reccommend you include updated forms IMM0008 and IMM5532. They would've looked over everything as complete so what is highlighted is exactly what is missing. In our case, I included this in our cover letter stating we had fixed the incomplete document requested. I'm sure this may have already been noted on file but covering all bases doesn't hurt.

Hope this helps and good luck!

I just recieved this, I am the sponsor, is it SA OR AOR? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I am an April 4th applicant and I received the AOR today, my spouse received it yesterday through email. I suggest you wait it out a little bit as they have their own pace of working through the applications. It wouldn't hurt to call the CIC call centre and try to get some updates. Last update I had received on Thursday was that they are still processing April 3rd applications.

when they ask for original documents (like school records, voter's id card for late birth registration) does that mean the actual document or notarized copy of the document?

Notarized copies for sure because they will never return the documents back. Therefore you would lose the originals. And that would not be a good option.
