I just have over 100+ pages of chat logs since she left Canada july 2016 after her visit extention expired, couple pages screened shot of call logs, additional photos.. Airplane tickets for her visit here last time in Canada. Lease agreement starting this December with her name on it, letter from parents that they have met her. Not sure what to add more.

I'm fairly sure that's too many pages of chat logs, especially since it covers only ~4 months. It's likely they will not read all of it and just shred it. Call logs and photos are great, although it makes me wonder why didn't you send the photos with the original package. Other proofs I can come up with: handwritten letters/postcards, gifts sent, money transfers, any interaction between each others family members.
May I ask what proof of relationship you provided when filing the application?
I'm not sure about the lease agreement because technically she can't move to Canada, she can only visit. Make sure she uses appropriate wording at the border - this is crucial. She can't say she's gonna live there for a few months, she's only visiting. Otherwise she'll be denied the entry.
I'd like to hear what seniors think about this lease thing.

Congrats! :)
Just wondering, how did you get your PPR? Email or regular mail?

Our BG check updated to "in progress" on Oct. 19 but we haven't gotten the PPR yet so we're a bit anxious. Anyone else on the same boat?
Manila VO too. Thanks!

Same boat! Our background check has been in progress since the start of September with no update. Ottawa VO, so maybe even a bit odder? Currently trying to figure out what's going on with our application...

Congrats to those who got PPR.

Ours too, got an email this morning and the background check is now in progress. Eligibility review is still 'in progress' for us, that hasn't changed. And not expecting a PPR since my C/L is from a visa exempt country. Hope I got that right.

PPR means Passport Request :)

hah thanks, you were quick! I found out when I looked at the chart to see if there was anything to update on there :P

Last week I received the notes I requested 3 weeks ago, last notes on my application says :

2016/10/22 ***OFFICER REVIEW*** CSQ received. No concerns. Other reqs cancelled. File appears Ready for Visa. COPR x 1.

So........ when are they gonna send me the e-mail with copr ??? It has been 3 weeks now. ::)

no eligibility passed. still in process. Any idea how long the background check normally takes?

From reading the threads, seems like PPR is sent very soon (like within a week) of BG in progress for non-visa exempt country of origins. My BG has turned to in progress since mid Oct. I'm visa exempt, haven't heard any update since. It's anyone's guess on how long that may take. I guess it depends on how many countries you've lived? I don't know.

Received notes couple of weeks ago, the "Eligibility" status is changed to PASSED. However, MYCIC still shows "in progress".

My next set of notes should come in within the next 10 days, hopefully can see some progress there.
