Hello guys, I would like to know if anyone of you here know any contact information at WARSAW VO. they emailed me that there are some missing documents for my wifes PR application and I would like to send it to them but they did not give me any instructions to where to send it. She was requested her non translated police clearance from Lithuania and also some more proof of relationship. They emailed us through this email warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. do I just email them my missing documents or do I have to do physical mail to Warsaw? Please, I need help. I emailed them back to ask where to send it but have not received any reply from them.
Emailing them might not work. I used CSE to send them additional documents but they didn't acknowledge them for a few weeks. The best option is to mail them physically - it takes only a few working days if sent from Lithuania via mail. Don't forget that the original has to be translated and notarized.

what is CSE? also she I have the documents so I will be sending it to Poland, Warsaw from Canada. do you actually need actual (physical) photos or is it okay to scan it and print it on paper and just send it? Im going to try express mail from Canada to Poland hopefully it will get there fast enough within the 30 day bracket. Also do I need to write something on the envelope that I am sending to the VO for example "Additional information"? More over my wife will be visiting me on December here in Canada to spend the holidays with me.

CSE - Case specific enquiry.
Scanned and printed photos are totally fine. I suggest including a sheet of paper on top on the documents, with a note that this is a family sponsorship application, include you file number or UCI and write that it's additional documents that were requested. I think it's smart to write the file no/UCI on every piece of paper (except police certificate) somewhere in the corner, in case documents get mixed up inside the VO.

P.s. Make sure to include your wife's plane tickets booking information to let the VO know that she's coming to visit you. :)

Is this the right address to send missing/requested documents for Warsaw VO?

Guys just a question. so my wife is going to come on December to visit me for holidays also to stay with me for a bit. She was here last sept 2015 till july 01,2016 for a visit and allowed her 6 months and extended it for 4 months hence why she left on july 2016. She is worried that they might not let her in to come visit again. She came from a visa exempt country (Lithuania). Should I be worried she wont be let in, I already begun sponsoring her and im April applicant as well.

ikkics, I wouldn't be worried. To be safe, you can print evidence that she's in the process of sponsorship application (fees receipt or email from VO) and show them at the border if officers start asking too many questions. :)
The only thing I would be worried about, is being scheduled for an interview while she's in Canada (since you've mentioned VO asking for additional proof of relationship), because then she would have to go to Warsaw for it. How long is she coming for?

Hi there,
I am gathering documents for spousal sponsorship. Can any body help me what kind of documents or photos that i have to prepare(apart from checklist) to sponsor my wife.
I have questions like.....

1.Do i have to include photos of her family?
2.Do i have to include her bank account details?

Anything if you think will help my file getting processed without any hassles....please let me know....

Thank you and your help is really appreciated.....

She is coming for 3 months... from Dec 2016 till March 2017. Would that be bad? are they actually going to ask for interview if they ask for additional proof?

I wouldn't say it's bad. I don't want to make you worried. :) But it is possible. If the additional proof you provide, doesn't seem convincing enough for the officers, they might schedule the interview. From what I've read in your previous posts, your file didn't seem straight forward at all. However I don't know how much proof you've sent so far and how will the officers decide. They give you at least a few weeks notice for the interview so at least you can plan ahead.
I'm actually in a bit similar situation, therefore it's one of the reasons I'm residing in Lithuania and don't plan to visit my spouse in very near future, because I feel like I might be interviewed as well.
Again, I don't want to make you worried and hope you'll get DM without the interview. ;)

I just have over 100+ pages of chat logs since she left Canada july 2016 after her visit extention expired, couple pages screened shot of call logs, additional photos.. Airplane tickets for her visit here last time in Canada. Lease agreement starting this December with her name on it, letter from parents that they have met her. Not sure what to add more.

Congrats! :D Nonetheless, I'm getting tired seeing my bg not yet started til now. This is really exhausting. ??? Yet, I'm still claiming that this month is PPR month for all of us who are still waiting patiently and tirelessly for PPR.
