I suspect they are assessing your common law relationship. Did you provide a statutory declaration? How long is anyone's guess.

Umm... I also suspect the same thing (I didn't submit a statutory declaration) but the Eligibility changes to PASSED the same day as this "file to Canada-based officer to proceed with statutory assessment" note. I know for common law relationships, it needs to satisfy the cohabitation and genuine relationship requirements. When eligibility is marked PASSED, I would assume both of these requirements are satisfied, no?

Nope. no progress on mine. I'm just sitting around waiting still. Im with LVO though so notoriously slow.

We got email yesterday
Asking for additional relationship proofs in 30days to finalize our file
Plus the officer got some issue with the number of events nd guests we invited at our wedding nd the time we spent post wedding ...
So basically they need everything again uh

This probably means that they need her police clearance before moving ahead.

I think it is your ppr as they would not make a decision if they were still wanting information

Strange they would make a decision with outstanding documents to be considered.

I also see that in my ecas but its still in process. The correspondence was oct 11. Hopefully ill receive the ppr next

Awesome. My wife got PPR email last week. I guess you would get it by next week.
