Your case was processed at which visa office?
What documents you quoted to prove her return to the homeland.

Our case was done in Ankara, Turkey.
Honestly I didn't send much of real "proof" about her going back to the homeland, but we both included letters trying to logically explain that given that our spousal application is in process, the last thing we would ever want to do is to disappoint CIC.

Also, I included some information about the fact that I am a full time employee and I had used all my vacation days earlier this year for the wedding, and the option of me going back to stay with her was out of the reach.
Frankly, she did not even have a round trip ticket included.

Anyone applied for ATIP last month? I applied ours on 14 Jun but yet to receive the report.

Follow up with them. If they have not yet sent or requested additional documents

Every day I am more and more convinced it is all about luck. Approvals and denials are all over the map.

Hi all,

On my SA email, at the bottom it states "medical Requirements" to do medical if haven't done so, so far. Which I had done an upfront. I was wondering if this is just a generic email or a request to re-do my medical? Please advise. My Medical has just expired, since I've heard it's only valid for a year. so please advise your experience. I was hoping if they ask for medical re-do, they would write a request email, individually.

Thanks

My medical was done a couple months before sending in the application and they had that same reminder on our SA, even though there was still over half a year before it was to expire so I bet it's safe to say that's just the standard e-mail. Not sure how to go about redoing the medical if it expires during the application though, sorry. :(

It is a generic email.

Once your file starts processing at the PA's VO they will specifically request remedical when they want it.

Have all April applicant's received there SA?

I am an April applicant. My app is on 88 days now since we've got the AOR1. No SA until now. Tried calling the CIC but can't get thru. No emails nor mails. I don't have any idea what is really going on in our application. :( :(

Thanks ImABule and Brandon.D. It does look generic message, but knowing my Medicals just expired and when I read that message "failure to do so will cause delays and refusal." That made me worry a little. I'll just wait for their specific inquiry. My Ecas PR side has been showing "Medicals received" since few weeks ago. Before we received our SA.

Others can correct me if I'm wrong, but I beleive the 56 days is counting working days only. Minus weekends. But keep trying to call them and check if their number you are using is correct.

keep calling, ours was long too! have your Sponsor call, the same happened with us, and apparently there was something about the sponsor signing a piece of paper declaring he lives outside of canada, when actually everywhere else we had said he lives in canada, and so he had to reconfirm he lives in canada blah blah.

but yeah as soona s we did that within two weeks we got our SA,

the bad thing is they didnt even contact us to tell us something was wrong, so i advise KEEP CALLIING
