Yeah, I just saw that ;D. I know it's silly, but it did kind of finally get to me.

Oh, when are you due for your next set of notes? Or did you just get another batch?

I already know exactly how the layout will look and what it will display as my wife already has an account from when we applied online for a TRV/Study Permit.

lol.. totally.. come on,
i am from the western part.. also in a redneck hood; we dont really care what people think or hurt their feeling. thats just how i roll.. haha.

wanna hear something funny, i have neighbours fly "confederate state battle flag" in the hood.. he is so friendly and hospitable ; but dont ever tell him what to do.. lol.. like he gave me deer meat for bbq; even though i am not even white.
if i see his licence plate with rebel flag; i would have bad feeling first.

another story, our hood has the ONLY Chinese food place and its open on Xmas day.

when everything else is closed; the Chinese place basically took over by us.. my ex was a Jew, this was probably our favour thing to do on Xmas day.. have Chinese food and.. the Chinese place always gave us a lot of leftover on Dec 25.. we walked home with giant bags of Chinese food one year.. that day cuz we both smoked a lot of 420; this Joe guy with a lot tattoos in my hood.. i know the fact he is either biker or pro Nazi kinda . he looked us so weird.. "where were you two on the Xmas day?"

i was like " guess what? my hooked nose girlfriend's people might indeed killed JESUS , we Chink for sure would eat it back then; just not waste it.. " I know this gonna offend a lot of people here .... haha

guess what, Joe gave me a high five.. "that's a good one!"

the moral of the stories above? look, i was born in the Old Country.. Eastern culture stresses a lot on the collective and discourage the individualism and self expression in my K12 ..
so people like myself come to North America, value a lot about liberty, freedom of speech and the white picket fence.. lol.

so, dont worry, be yourself.. we only live once.. “Put a bird on your shoulder. That's what the Buddhists do. Just imagine a little bird on your shoulder and every day you say, ‘Is this the day I'm going to die, little bird? Am I leading the life I want to lead? Am I the person that I want to be?' If we accept the fact that we can die at any time, we'd lead our lives differently. So every day you say, ‘Is this the day?'”

Hey, Can I get a hallelujah
Can I get an amen
I guess thats my church eh? haha

The East and the West arent much different.

Inshallah.. my wife told me yesterday she cried a few days after her TRV was turned down.. the reason was "family connection in Canada."
i kept telling her it would not affect PR.. she just kept worrying all the time.

Hi,
My Spouse application was refused a month ago today I received this GCMS notes, please shares your thoughts

officer Notes:
spousal C42 laimed spouse UCI xxxxxxxxx on sa to 2019 Masters has been studying a masters since 2013. was on coop does not appear to be in co op now. has been working over 20 hrs per week while school in. applicant married at 16 yrs late registration over one year later.

applicant has no employment housewife. weak family ties and not satisfied sponsor could support tuition and living without working in canada. Based on the information provided and accounting for the sociological, political and economic factors in the country of resident, I am not satisfied applicant is a bona fide temporary resident and will leave canada at the end of any authorized stay as per R179 of IRPA. Refused

Currently I am on co-op for a year until dec 2016 and I started my degree May 2014, I arrived here in the Oct 2013 one month later of my classes so I did not attend that term later I changed my university and wait tell May 2014.

If any one can give idea how I can explain my situation to visa officer and my annual salary is 60K+,

Thanks

I'm very confused.

You say spousal application, yet the notes are talking about temporary residence as if it's a study permit application. It does appear that they believe that the person studying the master degree currently has been working over 20 hrs a week and therefore breaching the terms of the permit. It also appears that the marriage was performed when the PA was 16. While 16 is the age someone can legally marry in Canada, parental consent must be given if under 18. Did you provide that?

How is your salary 60k while in school/co op?

Need more details to provide any sort of opinion.

Also, please edit out the UCI.. That's very personal information.

She sounds a lot like mine hahaha

Insha Allah, we will both have our wives here soon.

Thanks ImABule,

I am international student studying Masters degree in university, my study permit is valid upto Sept 2019 because my degree is co-op based, I have todo 16 months co-op job. from last year I am on co-op job which will end in Dec 2016. I submitted application for my spouse (applicant is my spouse) to come on open work permit, I provide all documents pay slips and letter from my company that I am working as a co-op student, In GCMS notes the officer the officer has given above comments that why he is refusing application, So if you help me how can I answer these comments because I already provided that information that I am on co-op and earning much money and I paid 80 percent tuition fee.

Thanks appreciated

So you're not a Canadian PR or citizen and you're trying to get your spouse on an OWP? If so, you're in the wrong subforum. This is a subforum for family class spousal applicants for Permanent Residence.
