I called 3 times today and finally one of them told me that my sponsorship assessment was successful and was done on June 13th 2016 and they have sent an email, "which I never received". Is someone who have not received email??? Why they make process so hard??? they should be more responsible it is like life and death for many

I had the same problem, where the agent confirmed SA approval then said I will rec've confirmation within the week (week of May 30th). I waited, then noticed about 3 sets of SA emails from this thread and never received mine. Then called again yesterday, *surprise* *surprise* they did not produce a letter for me and the agent sent a note to Mississauga. Sigh - seriously people. My eCas has updated but sometimes you only have to pray these mistakes do not happen for super important request etc.

It is hard to believe we are paying customers!!! Then you read about people who suddenly find out they have been refused because they did not respond to a request that they never received. It really is enough to drive a person insane.

In fact, the letter is not that important, just make sure the PA's process has started then you're good to go.

I got verbal sponsor approval on May 27, they sent out the letter on June 10, and I finally got the letter on June 10. It took a week for a LetterMail from ON to BC.

Tried calling cic 40 times,went through once but i had to hang up as soon as i started to talk to the agent as i had to attend another call from my boss...didnt get sa mail today either. ...

Haha lol applying for a trv and convincing the IO is harder than pr application and it is one of the many ways of convincing the officer. ..ty

If there is one thing I have learned is that getting a trv in our situation is for the most part luck. Depends on the officer it seems as I have seen weak cases succeed and strong cases lose. Having an sa and pr application make the process even harder as they believe the pa is even less likely to leave Canada. I sincerely wish you the best of luck.

How long will it take between Permanent Residence Status says in Process, to getting the second and third line?? I feel like I'm waiting forever. Surely, they've received my medicals and should be processing by now.

There seems to be no pattern or time line for this. Some of us showed medical right away, others never, some got the third line quickly others never. Our pa side updated quickly but never changed on the sponsor side. So frustrating

Good news, I got my COPR in the mail today!

My husband pulled a prank on me though. He came in with mail and he said it's "only junk mail". I went to walk away and he said "By the way, it's here" in a monotonous tone. We're celebrating by buying really good bacon for now.

It was issued on June 7th valid until March 30, 2017 with Condition 51, which won't be an issue for me. I'll probably be landing within a month or two though.
