Really? That was fast then! Some forum said it took them 60 days to get an AOR so 17 days for me!
Question: Is there still a possibility for you to get denied even you had an AOR? Moving forward. Thanks again!

Hi Danela,

For some reason my previous post got deleted. Anyways, I think the AOR timeline fluctuates but it's slowly starting to flow again over the last few days. Did you add your info on the spreadsheet, then you can track your timeline against orders to get an idea of what's happening.

Also, I saw someone said earlier that usually after AOR if they need more information to support your sponsorship application they will request additional documents. The approval of a Sponsor will be based on whatever you submitted. I haven't notice anyone on here or March forum being denied though.

Finally got through the internet block and our AOR was there waiting for us.

Received 13th may at 4am our time, so 12th may at about 2pm Mississauga time.

Yeyyyy.....master got the aor yeeeeyyyyeee

Firstly congrats! Secondly 17-25 days seems to be the average for AOR. Up to 60 days is the sponsor approval which is your next stage. This time frame includes the time already from app recieved to aor.

Lastly, yes you can still get denied unfortunately. Aor means theyve acknowledged thay youve signed all the forms and provided the rights forms. You can still get denied but at this stage theyll normally give you the opportunity to provide further proof. For ex. if they think the relationship isnt genuine theyll ask for me evidence rather than deny straight away.

Thanks guys. I wasn't able to update the colour well on the spreadsheet but I entered the date and was able to partly change the colour. Let's hope they start giving SA's to the April people soon too.

I called CIC as I had exceeded 37 days, the agent told me that decision has not been made as of now on my eligibility, and he will send an message to CIC-M to look into the delay.
