    thanks for your response keypad. yes we got the valid ontario ID and health card can be issued using that. did u request for passport name change from bls and then applied for your PR change?

    yea just email ur mp on his address that should be given on his website/page. someone from the office will respond to you with a consent form. fill that form and send it back. then wait....
