Still waiting for AOR, applied first week of april thru our lawyer. My question is, all emails will be sent thru our lawyer only right? My husband(sponsor) have an old UCI no., will that be the same UCI he will be using? And will we be able to check online thru his UCI or only the lawyer can check it?

if you nominated your lawyer as representative then your lawyer will receive all the emails.

UCI number will always be the same. Is your husband the PA or the sponsor? If hes the sponsor he will probably be able to log in to ecas to see if there is any news. If he's the PA, he wont be able to view anything for a bit most likely.

He can check whenever he wants. However your lawyer is the only person who will receive correspondence. Contact your lawyer and get him to see if he can find out if CIC has started processing.

Finally can log in and see the application was received on April 1, and started in process on April 25.
Hopefully everyone can get it soon too

You do have some very serious but not insurmountable red flags. I would do some research on this forum about people who have had to go for interviews and what kind of evidence the vo likes to see. The period after your wedding is very important in your situation. You can consider sending additional post wedding information once your application goes to a local vo. Not trying to scare you just help you be prepared.

Yeh - I don't know what shot my hormones to the max - ended up where i never thought of (mentaly). Thanks for the support though. I have the AOR1 now. I am on prep for interview, got some questionnaires (from Indian subcont) but not bad to get more resources related Europe.

from this point onwards just keep trying to mass evidence of relationship. any trips you do, document and keep stubs, continue communicating and take samples every week to show ongoing etc. that way if you are called for an interview, you are very well prepared.
