1.any outsourcing of cic personal to refugee matters?
2.next batch of sponsor check have not come back yet?
3.cic is taking a break from the quick processing of jan feb and march clients?
4.we are more impatient to wait?

31 days since app received and 16 days until holiday in Canada I really hope to have good news by then!

The channelers don't quite go through the FBI. From what I understand they have access to the FBI database and can conduct their own checks. It's because channelers don't have to go directly through the FBI that they're faster.

Wow, I was just told that they are still processing my application and that they have until AUGUST 18TH to process my application. What a load of bull.

He said he "sent the request" to Mississauga and they replied that they're still processing it.

The processing time is 37 days,so how could they say like this.
I suggest do an MP enquiry as call center agents are useless.

I am 2 days behind you. I did MP enquiry on Tuesday.
The staff told me that they will let me know the status within 10 business days. As Monday is a National holiday we I am expecting their call before 1st of June incase my file does not get processed till then
