I am not on the spread sheet. I have just found this site/forum; I wish I would've known about it to help me through the application process. I just noticed tonight that my application has changed to in process.
Here are my details:
Visa Office: CPP-O
Application received: 04/04/14
Sponsor Approval: 06/05/14
In Process: 07/23/14
Email request for RPRF payment: 07/22/14

I paid the fee tonight, and will be emailing the receipt tomorrow. Hopefully, this means I am close to being done.

I would suggest joining the ottawa thread so you can be added to the spreadsheet. it appears it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months to receive the COPR after paying the fee. If the fee was the only thing requested, it could be on the shorter end of that estimate. There is a bunch of us who received requests last week, so we are also axiously awaiting to be changed to DM!

I have, there isn't .. there just are not that many of us... best i can tell right now is there are a total of 5 people who should be paying attention to the Beijing office, but only 2 are actively waiting (me and another guy) and the other 3 haven't logged onto the forum in weeks/months. (2 of which have had PPR)

Hi - I think I'm the "other guy," but just in case you haven't seen my various recent posts.., and additionally, the CIC Call Centre Agent I spoke with Friday, said that the Beijing office is as you might expect "quite busy."
It seems that government systems are just like many other service industries where clients (or files) get put into a cue that is for the most part, time-schedule regulated to the "T" and things get delayed until the deadline pushes it to the front - though oddly, the news from various Chinese-based Canadian immigration forums that my wife follows, is that some have gotten their visas much sooner than what we're witnessing... not sure how reliable those accounts are, but in general it seems that those Beijing related forums are quite a bit more active.., supporting the CIC Agent's claim.

What sites does she go to ?

As far as i can tell i should have a very straight forward case once i get processed. We have been living together in Beijing for almost 4 years and married for the last 1, and about 2 years ago we had an approved TRV to visit my family a year ago.

My stress comes from not receiving any AOR from the embassy so far as I only have a job for 28 more days and then it's just sitting around time... While I'd like this done as quick as possible, I don't really mind as long as they don't request her passport we can go traveling for a bit,

help me please! what additional info do they want.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue processing your application, please submit the following document(s): Proof of Relationship: Please provide further documentation proving your relationship with your inviter/family member.

what sort of "proof" did you send with the application? knowing what wasn't included will help determine what can be sent now...

we send 20 pictures of marriage, previous old with friends and family, written personal declaration certified by the state from his mom and his best friend about the relationship,a proof that he was my emergency contact in my college. thats all. we dont have bills together as i lived at my place and i was going to his place staying there 3 days and then off to my place like typical boyfriend girlfriend.

do you have receipts of your wedding or trips you've taken together? how about phone logs or social media activity? pictures of gifts you've given each other? copies of cards given?

from trips we only got pictures, as for logs we will put skype logs and logs from sites we used to talk, what else.. apart from that..resend more pictures? send the ticket he came when he was here?

what about taxes did he file as married? or will or a beneficiary of each other
