Hi Friends,

On April 30th status changed to In Process with "We started processing on April 28th" line.
On May 1 status changed to Decision Made with the final line of "Decision made, our office will contact you shortly".

But funny thing is before status get updated on ECAS I received PPR email on April 29th.

So guys you can imagine how slow the ECAS status update process is.
Already submitted passport on 30th April to CIC and waiting for return tracker get activate.

One more thing.. People who says Paying RPRF fees upfront will delay the process are wrong.

I paid upfront RPRF. and my status change so fast.

If I haven't paid upfront it will get delayed for 1 -2 week to received PPR email.

Also CIC is doing PPR in a lot. So if your name is not in this lot may be it will be in next lot.

Good Lock everyone.

Maxmoore I believe you are still updating the sheet. Please update my info.

can i do landing first and later can my spouse do the landing?? if so wats the process? i will travel from india and will do landing at toronto airport.

Yesterday I found out that my ecas status changed as below; and TODAY, I found a COPR in my mail box!!!

All the best to all other applicants!

Finally, my ecas status has changed:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 17, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on April 29, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

This might sound like a dumb question, but what am I supposed to do next? I should just wait until I hear from them?

Well done Dear, where do you live to get the CoPR so quickly, Ottawa?

Folks, correct me if I am wrong. Isn't it true that so far only 27% of April 2014 applicants on this forum have been approved for PR?

Hello fellow April applicants,

I just received the most wanted email of all: Ready For Visa / Prêt pour le visa ;D ;D ;D

The wait is finally over. Thank you all for your support and help through this long process and hope that every one of you will receive their expected answer.
Tomorrow I will send the passports so let's hope for a quick process and fast return.

Mihai

. It looks like they are working on April applicants as we can see few of the people from April are getting medical requests and ppr,, but what makes me wonder is few of the people from feb and march are also waiting to hear from cec for almost 13-14 months,, my file was received on april 25 and since then i've been waiting ,,

Had to call CIC about my mailing address, and found out that my CoPR was mailed to me on April 28th!! Assuming it will get here later this week or early next week.

I'm going to NYC later this month so I'd like to do my landing on the way back to save me a trip to Niagara. The only issue is that I'm flying back to Toronto Island airport (Billy Bishop). Does anyone know if you can land there?? (can't find anything on CBSA website)

I would assume so, if there are international flights inbound then they must have immigration there.
