Haha! Thanks!! I don't even have a beer right now because I arrived 1 day ago and I wasn't expecting this so soon, but I found Vodka in my fridge :D I'm sure it will do the trick!!

BTW, I'm off tomorrow the entire day because I'm onsite (client). I want to send my Passport as soon as possible, but most likely it will be Wednesday ahhhhhgggg

Hey guys
I have a question.

I am still waiting for my ECAS status to go to "inprocess". My application ws receieved on 28th feb 2014.
I have not yet paid the RPRF.
What i wanted to know was:

1) In my case, will i get an email asking me to pay the RPRF fee..and the PPR at the same time or two different emails.?
2) I dont really want to pay the RPRF unfront and want to wait for them to ask me to pay. is that a bad approach./.? If it is not such a bad thing, how delayed my processing might become, 1-2 weeks or much longer..?

Congrats man.......

Hope you are more than happy after seeing that email....

So can you tell me if your file is under Review Required or recommended pass.?

Hi VS1987,

If it is "Review Required" then generally people don't receive the medical. If you have received medical then apply for GCMS note to verify your latest details.

Regarding "recommended pass" eligibility means people right a way will get Medical request then after as you know that waiting time for 3/4 months. After, RPRF, in-progress status, Ready for Visa mail etc..

Got "ready for visa " email from CIC at 7pm EST today. Happy as hell!! WHOOO HOOO !!!

Honestly, I was thinking that upront-RPRF payment is not a good approach. Later on, we all got the status changed as "in-process".

But you know your application better then others. I would suggest and wait because you are very close to initiate your application in-process.
