1) Could be. I saw a couple of cases where their status in ECAS was decision made and the PPR email came after. However, there are other cases where ECAS shows In-Process and you receive PPR before the status changes to Decision Made. As someone said before, it really depends on your VO and how he/she handles updates in ECAS.JSB said:Couple of questions.

2) Looks like after 2 weeks In-Process, some folks got PPR. Remember that your home country may or may not be involved the last part of the background checks which can delay your application a bit longer or not. Every case is basically unique, but 2 weeks is the early you can get PPR I believe.
