I read your GCMS note more carefully
I have below understanding (May be some senior members can put his/her thoughts )
- VO raise concern that you copied your Job responsibility directly from HRSDC site
- You applied under NOC 1211 BUT VO raised concerned your Job duties also matched with NOC 1221.

Suggestion :
- Please send Updated Reference Letter

Good Luck with your application

Hi,

I am not sure why did they say it's same as 1221 where in here are my duties

His present duties are as follows:
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Establish work schedule and procedures
• Prepare and submit administrative reports
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment, trouble shoot
• Resolve work related problems
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Knowledge of blueprints, softplan, autocad, MS office, marketing and obtaining & controlling
• Permits, easements, deposits, architectural controls

Now that I have new work permit and my NOC code is 2253, I have different duties on my work. The application I sent them was for my job from 2012 to 2014.

Now it's making me really worried... :(

Received my 2nd GCMS notes today, still no changes on the one I received on December.
Ecas still application received on APRIL 17, 2014
AOR received May 12.
No MR yet.
Getting so worried :( :( :( :(
ELIGIBILITY: NOT STARTED
CRIMINNALITY: IN PROGRESS
SECURITY: NOT STARTED
MEDICAL: NOT STARTED.

I dont see any notes on the GCMS.

Exactly the same as mine - appears that we are in the same batch; perhaps our VO resigned.

I also have the same time line. Perhaps something is going on our files who applied between april 15th-april 22nd.
Moreover the time line of ur shoes that ur done with medicals. Did you did upfront medicals.

Hi ganapathi, yes I did upfront medicals on 20 January 2015 and sent them an email with scanned copies of the confirmation UMIs the Dr gave me. I requested an acknowledgement of receipt and they did after a few days and also emailed me to advise me that the results were uploaded. It is now showing in my eCAS. What I am concerned with is that in November my file went to CA REV and they had not asked me to forward them PCCs from two countries that I had got PCCs from. In the AOR they stated not to send any further docs until requested. But it appears they don't request and applications just get stagnated. That is why I think it is absolutely necessary for applicants to get the GCMS notes every other week to ensure they know what is happening and keep in control of their applications.

Yup. If your country of citizenship participates in the visa waiver program (practically all industrial countries around the world) you will not need a visa in order to enter the country - hence you also don't need the visa stamped into your original passport right away. You fly to Canada as you would normally do as a tourist and then take it from there once you are on Canadian soil (meaning getting your landing things done at Immigration Canada at the airport). People from China or India for example even need a visa to go to Canada for vacation. Therefore they cannot enter the country just like that...which is why they need their PR visa stamped into their passport prior to leaving their home country. South Korea is in the visa waiver program, just like Germany. We don't need visas, hence it will be sufficient for us to send in photocopies. :)

Thanks so much for the clear answer! :)

I dont see any notes on the GCMS.

My friend got an update regarding his application. Though his Eligibility is "Recommended Pass", he has no MR yet and he's a March applicant.

No notes, other than the Eligibility notes, saying the reason for the delay on his GCMS. Just now, he received some doc requests from CIC to submit his 2013 NOA and, for him and his wife, a new Background Declaration.

It seems that not all things being/checked/reviewed/etc... have a note in the GCMS. Just a thought.

One of my friend got PPR.. He is May Applicant..... Happy for him :D.

Friends April applicants will get bombarded with PPR/RPRF email very soon.. Gut feeling... :) :) :) :) :)

That would be fantastic. At least, I would like to see a few applicants here getting PPR soon!

Hi Maxmoore,

Can you help me read the one I attached. No notes on my GMCS . I don't know if they really haven't started my application. Sent on April 17, AOR on May 12. No MR yet. thanks

Looks like they haven't started processing your application. Your Eligibility shows as Not Started, which means that probably your criminality is ongoing but nothing else. Unfortunately, nobody knows the way that they prioritize and handle applications. You have two options: 1) wait a bit more until you reach 13 months or 2) connect with your local MP (who will tell you to wait 13 months).

Hi, I have exactly the same GCMS as you and my "Assigned To:" is RC-6262 as well - I feel RC-6262 resigned and our file is sitting in limbo
