please check that link.. it's my GCMS notes... I don't know what to do now, haven't receive MR till now.

It says that you don't want to bring your children to Canada (now or any time in the future). So, the VO doesn't know if you would like to do meds for your kids or no. I kinda don't understand the point here. Why the VO is concerned about this if you clearly said in another letter that you don't want to bring your children here? Everything else looks fine to me though.

I have below understanding (May be some senior members can put his/her thoughts )
- VO raise concern that you copied your Job responsibility directly from HRSDC site
- You applied under NOC 1211 BUT VO raised concerned your Job duties also matched with NOC 1221.

Suggestion :
- Please send Updated Reference Letter

Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress (No reportable trace)
Medical: Passed (No Surveillance Required )

So... nothing from December 5th until now besides medical passed which is a huge relief for me!

Folks,

I need some help and advice:

1. When filling out Schedule 8, do you just copy what's in you employer reference letter or you need to expand on the reference letter and provide further details about the duties you carried out.

2. I just copied in abbreviated form because there was not much space on the form, although looking at it now it does mention that one can use additional papers. So, would it be a good idea for me to provide an updated Schedule 8 form with more detail and include other docs such as my annual review, etc.

Thanks guys! Yes, looks like the final review is still pending. Nonetheless, I remember when Cabalen and many of you said that it was way too early to be worried about my medicals. At the end, you were right! it was straightforward and smooth besides my "friendly" chat with my physician 8). Looking forward to seeing PPRs for all of us anytime soon.

In the Schedule 8 there is not space to expand your duties. As far as I remember mine, I had enough space to write down just a few that - of course - have to be coincident with your position / NOC / employment letter. The only complement document to Schedule 8 is the employment letter. Did CIC ask you to send supplementary documentes? Did you find it out from your GCMS notes?

Is this the 3 main duties that you need to put in those small boxes?

I didn't provide any additional docs other than my employment letter. I just did my best to put in vaguely my major duties: Here's mine for reference:

writing innovative detailed proposal
conceptual equipment development
analyzing technical problems
