If you are on closed work permit then you got the initial petition/LMO/Intra company transfer documents.

Generally, company mentioned about your NOC, salary details etc.. in that documents. However, if you get Reference letter then much better. Otherwise, your case will fall under suspect of role/responsibility.

Worst case they will reject your PR application without reference letter. You can explain your situation in cover letter.

Drop a mail to HR/manager and ask about reference letter. If they will refuse to provide then take that mail as a proof and submit with cover letter.

You have more than 3 years experience + NOA + T4 + Salary slip. It should be fine.

I think he meant to say September 13 not October... non the less, the important thing is that he got his BOWP approved

about that... I did not see anyone from our group to mention any MR... do you know other April applicants who received theirs?

Updated BOWP sheet accordingly.

There's 1 guy from Trackitt.com and few people I know. Expect to see some more updates next week.

Hi guys,

I applied through CEC in April and got the AOR in early June. Since I'm living in Montreal now (also say that in the application form), I will probably be asked to provide some evidences to show that I intend to leave Quebec. Now I got an offer from Waterloo uni stating that I'm admitted to a program starting from Jan, 2015. I plan to quit the job and move to Ontario in December. My question is if it is reasonable to submit the offer letter to prove I will leave Quebec? Since I'm no longer a worker, not sure if it will affect the decision made on my app?

I am an April 2014 applicant and my details are as follows:

NOC: 2171
Application Received: 4th April 2014
AOR Received: 1st May 2014
Documents Requested: 20th May 2014 (RCMP Criminal Record Check Requested).
Documents Sent: 30th June 2014
Medical Request: Waiting..

Request you to add my case to your tracker.
I noticed that a person who applied on 2nd April has received the medical request.
I hope to receive mine soon.

My friend‘s current residence is India. However, he mentioned Visa office requested as CPP Ottawa. Is there any impact on his CEC application or In any other way?
His application received in April 1st and he got AOR in 15th May 2014.

I think you applied for your BOWP? Whats the status of your application? if its approved then i would like to know, did they give you one year permit by the time its approved or they add one more year permit after expiring your current status?
