If company applies and get the work permit it must be a closed permit or the company can also get open permit...

Nope, I saw the forms before they were sent off and it's for an open permit. It's the same application form for open and closed permit extensions, but they had n/a for the employer and lmo sections, and applied as my representatives

Just sharing, I applied my LMIA WP and it's now approved. I wanted to apply for BOWP but my employer had my LMIA approved from service Canada.

My wife is here with me on Spouse Open Work Permit and I don't know whether I can apply for her WP along with mine or I should wait for mine and then I can apply for her Spouse OWP again. I need some advice on this.

I would suggest to wait for a couple of months until you will apply for a BOWP... you might get MR and PRF by then, even PPR, who knows...

Although if you still want to apply you should apply for your BOWP first and then after you will receive it you can apply for your spouse OWP. The whole process is so fast nowadays and if you already have your AOR shouldn't be a problem at all.

Yes you can apply for spouse OWP with your application(at the same time)
