Can I use imm5475e instead?
Why my file is at Ottawa, I read in their web site that its only for people applying from within Canada or USA, and I am not. Is this is normal or common.

Ya, I think you can use IMM 5475e too. I am inland applicant so my file went to Ottawa but I don't know for outsider.

Congrat, you get your passport back, Fedex show, my passport delivered at Dec 31, so I guess, I can get mine soon.

After a long wait, now my application status has been changed to "In Process" from Application Received. They received my application on July 18 and I did my medical on Sept 26. Any idea, how long is it going to take approximately? What is the next step? When they will ask me to pay my RRPF? Please share your experience. Thanks.

At least you have got RPRF request and it shows in progress. I had medicals around the same time as yours and it still shows 'Application recieved'. In fact you are on the better side of things right now from what I am seeing on other group discussions.
